This was an online set up. The truck that was reserved was not in working condition. The site is usually closed on Sunday but they were able to help me get a working uhaul. When calling the 800 uhaul help they couldn't do anything.

DAVID WThe Uhaul representative was extremely helpful straightening out the account. The "computer" system did not recognize the additional days promised from other representatives. We called several days in advance of the drop off to notify of delays related to traffic, travel, and road construction along the 3500 miles. We are grateful there were no additional charges.
