Some young kid with glasses made a bunch of mistakes on the paperwork that the mgr had to correct. And then even that wasnt right ans set up drop off location wrong. Everything from the start was such a cluster mess. The office itself was grimy and filthy and stunk horrendously. Poor customer service right from the start. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE

Charges me so much money and they made me pick It up in Lebanon when I wanted to pick it up in Corvallis. Then they made me drop it off at a certain location and didn’t give me any extra miles. Terrible experience overall
SAMUEL SDon’t fall for this guys “ill charge your for one day because I’m not open sundays” BS scam. Told me to bring it back at a 1/4 tank and I did but his 14 year old grandson checking the truck in doesn’t even know how to read a gas gauge.
BRENNAN OIt was out of the way for our needs, but the only location to have a truck last minute.
Risa NMy rental was set up for pickup in corvallis, a day before pickup it was moved to Lebanon which was a major inconvenience.
