Don't switch rental location without telling customer! If I had not called to verify that all was in order, we'd have been at wrong place next am. Also, because location was changed, they didn't have supplies we had requested. Moving blankets.

Nathan HThis location is one of the BEST UHaul locations in Middle Tennessee. Sadly, the UHaul "system" sent me to the wrong location in Lebanon, TN. It sent me to 310 S College St, Lebanon, TN 37087. This is Big Lenny's Storage. I was NOT open, my equipment was NOT there, and it is not a nice location. UHaul cost me over an hour while before they finally got me to the Tater Peeler road location I had requested and rented from in the beginning.
