The app is horrible. We had a hard time picking up the vehicle. Also, we are 2 adults, we shouldn’t need to add a contact who can verify our identity. Absolutely ridiculous that it took multiple attempts on the app and phone for over an hour to pick up a vehicle. Dolly holder in the vehicle was broken so it kept sliding around
