We had a tow tailor and the woman who was there didn't know how to set it up. She told me that my van needed to be in neutral, which it did not. All that did was drain my battery. She was very nice, and it wasn't her fault that she was never taught how to do it. We also had to go a longer way there, so we could see family before we moved across country. We weren't allotted enough mileage and paid $90 more for over miles.
Jana EI don’t think you can. Anna and Madeline were the best. So willing to help and assist us with our needs. We were so glad they had a lock we could buy. It was great to see they were so busy yet they cheerfully greeted us and when it was our turn gave us the best personal care!

DAVID CI am so satisfied! I used a van to move and the van was in perfect condition clean low miles on it practically brand new. I had it 24 hours and returned it on time and gassed up.
