Gabriel GNot much help from staff and not rip off customers on vehicle rentals
JASON LThe pick up process itself was great, although there were some delays. One of the staff members was amazing and extremely helpful, but the other one seemed like she was having a bit of a bad day. She was not very helpful and replied with “…obviously…” when I asked how to connect the towing trailer to the U-Haul. I wish she was a little more patient, but overall it was ok.
