Truck inside was a little dirty. Could have used a vacuuming as there was much dirt and food found in the cab.

I had to move two trailers out of the way to get the trailer. The one placed directly in front of it was about 1000 pounds, it was a large flatbed one. The other one was a 5x12 or something like that. I took picture after we got them all moved. I was so angry. It took three of us to move that giant one a foot, three women might I add. It was absolutely absurd we had to move the two trailers get to the trailer. Then when I went in and told the girl all she said was sorry it's not supposed to be that way. They do not monitor their lot, they have us drop off and pick up by showing a picture once we drive around. Their lot was unkept, the grass was high in the spots on the side and the lot it's self was sand. I was worried my suv was going to get stuck. The trailer bed was warped it was not flat, it was not swept out. The experience here was awful and I will make sure all I know around here do not use them. Terrible way to represent your company.
