Just want to mention the truck had some garbage behind the seat and the windshield was not very clean (bugs), I had clean it before driving it - The prior renters should have been responsible for cleaning it up prior to drop off, should start charging a fee for cleaning. Overall Mo Tire staff were great to deal with.

I was told location was open for easy checkout. Sign on door that they were closed. Online check in did not go well, had to call in for assistance. Information on how to get keys out of lock box would be helpful, particularly that you need to turn middle part to release after you put in code.

Colleen RI paid for a mattress cover, there was none. The back of the truck was dirty my mattress tells that. We rented a 15 ft. Truck. A couple of days before we were to pick it up was notified that a 15 ft. wasn't available we would have to take a 20ft truck. When I was told this I said it wasn't acceptable that there would be an added expense. I was told they would take 200.00 of. There was no deduction whatsoever. The Lethbridge office should be relocated. I have never seen such laziness at a business. No one came around w the driver to make sure there was no damage to the vehicle or the mileage. Like honestly you could just park it on main Street collect the money and filth, attitude knowledge was disgraceful. It also took forever to take the truck out so could start loading. Put us back an hour. I will be thankful if I never move again. I waited till I settled down before I answered your request because I was so angry and disgusted. The Campbell River site was much better.
Christine PI was told that the gas tank was full. The gauge was almost on the Full mark so I assumed that was correct. To my surprise when I filled the tank after my trip I put 34 litres of gas in the tank and the gauge was way past the Full mark meaning that initially it was not right full. So driving the truck 35 kms means that your truck was burning 1 litre of gas for every km I drove it. I never exceeded 40 km/hour so I find that hard to believe. I truly feel that I was mislead on the "FULL TANK OF GAS" instruction I was given.
