They had the wrong sized truck booked and the Mo Tires location was closed unexpectedly when we arrived. We had to take double trips because the 15’ truck was not large enough so we got charged more for mileage. We had originally booked and confirmed a 20’ truck verbally and got confirmation emails with the 20’ truck. The 20’ truck was parked right beside the 15’ when we arrived but we could not take it as they were closed and my account on the app was set up for the 15’ truck - the app would not let us edit the order at all. Not happy and will not use this location again. The lock boxes were hard to get in to and the hours of operation were not as posted or what was verbally told to us. They just had a paper sign on the door that they were closed. They were supposed to be open until 12pm on November 30th. Moving is very stressful and this mishap made it even more stressful.
