The service was awful. Well actually, there was no service. I showed up to pick up a trailer. Once the individual completed the documents, including payment, he pointed out the window and said take that trailer. The hitch was laying on the ground so I had to retrieve a jack to lift it up and place it onto my hitch. I should also mention because this was at a gas station location. He continued to make the clients coming in for gas. The priority took me approximately 30 minutes to get the transaction complete.
