Checkout process was efficient. Its a good idea to reserve online, as some people that day were walking in to get a Uhaul and it took a bit of time for them to complete the process and get their rental. The site was well organized, efficient and truck was clean and ready to go. A good experience renting here.
James WTrailer had no trailer brakes that worked. When i dropped it off the guy said there isn’t anything that anyone can do about it and yet i paid full price.
Dustin BBooking and pickup went smoothly, location had trailer already hooked up and waiting which was very helpful. Truck had some broken rails inside which we were not able to include pictures during pickup but we did take pictures prior to loading. The rails should probably be repaired before someone gets stuck from the broken pieces.
