Very pleasent customer service at the location. Both Joe, on pick up and the owner on drop off were good to deal with. Your app sucks in Canada. I tried for 45 minutes at pickup to make it work but it would not pick up location, would not take my photo etc.

Clean on the inside
Abram TWould love for uhaul to start offering a two motorcycle trailer. Best would be if it was covered too. Myself and lots of people I know would rent those.

We wanted to pick up closer to where we were picking up stuff from they don’t try to accommodate you at all There prices are not fair 1day pick up and return was over $300.00 here where we live they said they can charge us a lot less how sad is that
Tadeusz-Winc ZMy comments are that there newds ti be better communication between the booking agent and the location owner. I requested the rental for 6 hrs and i was told that they would put notes in the booking . I had the rental until 1:30. Tire on the rental had a screw in drivers frint , i pointed this out and was offered a larger vehicle at no extra charge which was great. Overall pleased with experience
