David BMy experience with this u-haul location was Very Very poor. I was given the wrong size truck. I drove 1 1/2 hours both ways without any of my belongings. I called the store representative and she did NOTHING about it. She told me there was NOTHING she could do about it. Also, Prior to purchasing the truck, I explained to her I had never rented a u-haul. As I am Not familiar with renting an U-haul. There was no accommodations made. In this regard, I will Never rent from this location.
