Great customer service. It was nice to have a real person to talk to to answer questions. The lot was very easy to maneuver.
Dawn DDropped off at night, so no interaction. Great space, easy to park, drop box easy to find. Very good and very easy. I didn't like the $25 cleaning fee, I guess we left a food pad or something in the truck. No chance there was any cleaning needed.
Erik SInterior of the truck dash and floor were dirty. Agent was very nice. Was not our requested location and did not receive requested size truck.
