The girl was very pleasant and nice but was there for two hours before we could leave their system didn’t have my reservation on it and I had it on my phone. Then the Drop-off location got messed up and got charged more money when it was dropped off on time and cleaned.

We dropped off before hours.It's more of a holding spot. We had to hunt for where to put the key. An sign would have helped as it's 60 feet away from the sign.
Cynthia FDidn't have to wait for the truck gave 3 identification I order it shamokin dam but I to pick up at Lewisburg and then got charged $40 for the mileage which was closer to Shamokin Dam I thought it would be less then 100 it ended to be 188.00

Eric LClean the truck off on the winter. The truck was not only buried in snow, but had ten inches on the top. How do you expect a person picking the unit up to reach that height? The dealer I picked up from was on rt.15 in Lewisburg,PA. I had to drive the unit home after wasting at least a half hour cleaning the snow on that I could reach. The snow was so deep around it I had to go home and change my socks and shoes, because they were soaked from the snow. Once I got it home, I had to lean a ladder against the truck to clean the roof. I am not the person that should have had to do that. The worst part about the instance was there was three clean trucks in their parking lot, but they sent me over to their yard where mine was buried in snow when I returned my truck. There was still the same three trucks Kevin Fry at automotive in Milton PA was ignorant in the morning when I first called because I reside in Milton. I chose when speaking to a representative to request a different location because I did not want to go deal with that disrespectful person and I believe there was some kind of effort between him and the Lewisburg location to then give me a truck that was gonna be in that condition. If I do not hear back from HR, I will be consulting a lawyer. I have made a call once and was told that I would be speaking to a district manager and nobody has called me yet.
