The staff at this location were professional and friendly. The rental process was straight forward. They went over the contract, put the trailer on the hitch and made sure the trailer lights were in working condition. I rented a 5*8 enclosed trailer. It was an older model, appeared to have plenty of miles, paint peeling, rust around the door and locking mechanism but it was functional and performed without incident on a nearly 500 mile one way trip.
THOMAS SMy experience was delightful. Clerks were friendly. I was able to make the reservation on line which resulted in minimal paperwork and speedy processing when I arrived to pick up the van. I returned it after hours with no problem. The final charges were just what I expected. I would highly recommend renting at this location.
