Lacie stayed a late for me which I was so appreciative for. The urgency of my situation was a "right now" type of thing. The customer service was above and beyond. The transaction was the smoothest to date. Lacie is what customer service is about that is older people long for. "Back in the day" was present with my experience. TOM LWe had a horrible return experience! (This was not the fault of Speedway Storage; they were not open when we dropped the truck.) Ours was a one-way rental from Ponderay, Idaho to Grangeville, Idaho. Our new home in Grangeville is about one-half mile from a U-Haul location. But they would not let us drop it there! We had to drive over 70 miles, back to Lewiston, Idaho! Which meant not only driving the truck about an hour and a half, but also having someone else drive a car - about a 150 mile and three hour round trip - so that we could get back home after we dropped off the truck. Ridiculous! And no apologies! We should have been told that when we rented the truck!
