Even though the staff was friendly the location was lacking. They did not have moving supplies so I wound up having to travel to a different U-Haul location to get blankets, boxes, etc.

Darren MI was pretty disappointed that the fuel level of the truck was completely empty. I had not anticipated immediately stopping for gas, and put a lot more gas into it than I used.
Austin JThe only thing the customer should be aware of is that the 26' truck only gets 6 miles per gallon. When driving across the country, over 3000 miles, that cost becomes a huge factor in there budget.
