DORAL HI rented a car dolly from paradise in Grants Pass that I wasn't able to use due to other issues. I was charged full price and when I had some one take it back for me they forgot to take it to paradise but ended up at another Grants Pass location. Charged $22 for dropping off at the wrong location. When I told the people on the phone what I was doing they said I would probably just be charged the local fee and would get a small refund. A little disappointed that didn't happen but I get it. The $22 fee for taking it to another local uhaul seemed a little excessive. I know it's automated but it seems like someone should catch that.
