No one there to help at 2 pm and app wouldn't work properly despite fussing with it for 45 minutes. When we called and talked to real people, things got done but not at all happy with the app!

I picked up this vehicle and it had 1/8th a tank of gas and none of the moving blankets we had asked for . I went to the gas station to fill it up and there was a leak in the fill line from somebody cutting the tube. It took 6.5 hours for me to be back on the road after calling road side assistance. They refused to give me a new truck since the one I had was "Possibly Repairable" even though I was at the pick up location and they had 6 trucks sitting in the parking lot. The mechanic came from over 100 miles away for the repair job and managed to give me a band aid fix to get us back on the road. And to make things even better my original contract said it included over 200 miles and yet U-Haul billed me for 87 miles yesterday! No discount for literally 6.5 hours of my life wasted in a U-Haul parking lot and then have the nerve to charge me for miles that I shouldn't have been!
