Driving over 6 hours to get two different pieces of equipment to rent and only getting $300+ for compensations is unreal. There were 7 26’ trucks and 5 auto transports all within the same city. Clearly U-Haul is using its customers to get their equipment from other cities and not being responsible.

RONNY JI returned my rental over the 4th of July weekend and the location was closed, so there was no one at the drop off location when I returned my rental. I did have difficulty accessing the U-Haul app in an attempt to complete my return. I was contacted by U-Haul asking if I needed more time as I had not completed my return on time and they helped me finish my check in. So, overall very satisfied with my rental and will always use U-Haul as my first choice for rentals of this type.
