I used this U-Haul location for my drop-off of a 4x8 trailer, and Aaron was great and extremely helpful in my return, which was easy and uneventful, even though I had no paper contract as I had no printer on my trip from Atlantic, Iowa to central Montana. I also returned the 6 moving pads as instructed. I also recommend this location for any glass work, as I plan to make an appointment to have a windshield chip repair on my '69 El Camino. I highly recommend this U-Haul location for any rentals! 10 Stars!

Drop off was smooth, staff was courteous
ALEXANDER ATruck was covered with snow/ice. Dog hair and dirt in cab. Not a full tank of gas. Back was very dirty, had not been swept out. Very disappointing.

Perry HDriving over 6 hours to get two different pieces of equipment to rent and only getting $300+ for compensations is unreal. There were 7 26’ trucks and 5 auto transports all within the same city. Clearly U-Haul is using its customers to get their equipment from other cities and not being responsible.
