I returned my rental over the 4th of July weekend and the location was closed, so there was no one at the drop off location when I returned my rental. I did have difficulty accessing the U-Haul app in an attempt to complete my return. I was contacted by U-Haul asking if I needed more time as I had not completed my return on time and they helped me finish my check in. So, overall very satisfied with my rental and will always use U-Haul as my first choice for rentals of this type.

it was a easy pickup and an easy drop off

RONNY JOn his day off AP Glass came in to help me. I had a resercation . Corporate indicated both locations in Lewistiwn were open but neither location was. His personal cell was listed on his building so that was the reason i was helped. Corporate messed up on this one losing my original reservation.
