Vehicle was parked on the side of the building, not at the entrance as I was instructed it would be. This caused much confusion as there was another vehicle parked in the front that matched the vehicle reserved. I lost a good 2 hours of my time due to this. To top it off the customer service was awful. I was transferred multiple times. I was never apologized to for the inconvenience. In fact, the last person I spoke to was outright rude. The van was in perfect condition and was a huge help after I got my late start.
Rebecca PThey had dirty smelly trucks. Smelt like garlic, onion and dead bodies. Guy who ran front desk came in after 9 am around 10 minutes past opening. However, I was short on return gas so he didn't charge me for that since I told him about the dirt in truck bed, broken dolly holder, dolly slid all over empty truck. The place looks like a Stephen King movie. Even the main characters. I would not recommend.
