Make 2 day rental of these trailers easier. It was an utter nightmare ordering this size of cargo trailer from Uhaul. This location was exceptional to work with, but the national number was not. A rental is a rental. Either way we were it able to rent this size for 48 hours. We had to rent it and then hope to extend it. Thankfully that happened, but it should not have to play out that way. i waited what seemed like forever on the 75-80 year old in charge . the gas level was not as stated as he could not clime in cab to look at it face on . it was a 1/4 tank less than he put on contract . yes he did change it. i drove it 1-2 miles to my place to load and it had a flat tire . i was planning on leaving at 4::00 till the service man drove 40 min to get there (he is a stochief,s employ e at a different local) and changed it it was 800pm till i could leave . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! enterprise will get my trade from now on!!!!!!Joeph M.
Only issue I had was at check in. I used mobile check in and it took roughly 20 mins to get approved. This part could have been done the night before and the key code could have been generated the next day at check in time. Other than that, it went well and would use mobile check in again.Chris E.

I paid extra to change my drop off location to the closest place to my new home. A uhaul representative called me and told me to take it to a different location, 15 mins away vs my original planned drop off location, less than 5 minutes away. There was no compensation or discount to my bill which I feel would have been fair due to change on such short notice and inconvenience.Kyler G.
