The customer support was lacking, the gentleman we dealt with seemed to have a attitude whenever my friend was asking simple questions and seemed to have a issue with her not reserving a spot whenever she thought she did.
mason eI ordered an appliance dolly, furniture Dollie’s, and a dozen of moving blankets but were not in the truck upon picking it up. I was charged for said equipment.
