The truck and location I rented it from were great, however, I picked it up before they were open and to use the mobile app for pickup. The mobile app is not at all user friendly and I had to wind up calling customer service for help in completing the pick up. My rating of 5 star is for the location and truck only.

The mobile order was a mess, pictures didn’t want to upload. When trying to get everything to work, it wouldn’t work. It took over a half hour due to not being allowed to verify anything before picking up vehicle (ex. drivers license and address) and nothing would let me upload it. And the same issue with returning it, it wouldn’t not let me upload any of the pictures. Every one I took it wouldn’t accept it or even show I took one.
Isabella CPaid for a dolly, didnt get it, bay wasn't swept out, empty bottle under seat in cab. No dolly resulted in taking more time, needed truck longer. Still had to buy own dolly
