These people are unhinged and on drugs. See the Yelp reviews for the towing company that rents these units to people. They need to be shut down. if I could give them a 0/10, I would.

It took us an hour to get our rental. Luckily, we arrived far in advance of our rental time. Otherwise, our moving help would have been waiting for us. Both times were due to a computer issue that she needed help to figure out. She was very nice about it, but I didn't think it would take an hour to get the truck. Then it was parked behind 2 trucks that we had to ask them to move in order to get out.
George MVery disorganized. They had us standing outside for 20 minutes while they searched for the keys to move the U-Haul.
Ireland LThe truck was pretty rough, the alignment was way off and the truck pulled to the left. Also, I got charged for an extra day even after confirming the time when picking up the truck and calling after the truck was dropped off and checked in. I will never use this location again and will advise against anyone else I know using it.
