I clicked no because the truck should’ve have been swept bc when i got it there was broken plastic all over which transferred to my belongings and actually dangerous could’ve cut us had we not been aware. Other than that service was great

Had a resevation for a 20' truck. I was moving my 91 year old Mother and had several family members lined up to help. I arrived at the lot and was told there were no trucks! After much complaining I noticed a damaged 10' truck and was told there was a reservation on it. Since reservations mean nothing I took the truck. NEVER EVER TRUST YOU WILL GET A TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE!
