Rented the trailer for 6 hours returned it in 4 hours then was charged for 4 days rental.

Everything was good except for the missing dolley
John PU-Haul trailer was dirty. We had to sweep it out then mop out the dirt before we used it.
John DI was not the person who dropped it off so I don’t know these answers
Loretta CThe location staff was great and saved the day for this UHaul experience, as the truck was older and average in condition and the location did not have the appliance dolly that was reserved for us. The staff provided a $10 discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated (although I had to take the time to go elsewhere to rent a dolly for $25).
