I reserved the truck to pick up Thursday night at 11:30pm. I received a call from U-Haul and they were confirming the pickup was for 11:30. I went to pick up the truck at 11:30pm on Thursday night and there was no reservation submitted by them to do a mobile pick up of the truck. My app was showing the reservation was valid for 11:30pm. So I stayed up later and wasted my time driving to the store at 11:30 pm. Only to have to wait to pick up 9:00am this morning. After all of that, I still paid the same amount as I was quoted for the night before pick up. I would love to be compensated with a refund of some sort to my account. Very unhappy with uhauls service.

Alejandro MGentleman who helped us return the uhaul was very nice. We left something in the truck after we left and one of the employees made multiple phone calls to try and track it down for us. Wasn't expecting that so it was very much appreciated!
