It was all ok for a uhaul experience. Not awesome tho
Trenton JThere was rice and hot Cheetos all over the cab of the truck when we picked it up, and the gas was listed at 1/4 tank, but it was actually empty (13 miles to empty). Other than that it was a great experience.
WILLIAM RThe app wasn’t working correctly and the business was actually closed (which wasn’t made clear when renting) so I was in the cold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone to get the lockbox code for my key. Then the U-Haul was covered in snow and ice which I know can’t be helped but other uhauls were cleaned off.
