There was rice and hot Cheetos all over the cab of the truck when we picked it up, and the gas was listed at 1/4 tank, but it was actually empty (13 miles to empty). Other than that it was a great experience.
WILLIAM RThe app wasn’t working correctly and the business was actually closed (which wasn’t made clear when renting) so I was in the cold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone to get the lockbox code for my key. Then the U-Haul was covered in snow and ice which I know can’t be helped but other uhauls were cleaned off.

James SThere was pizza boxes, strong cigarette smell, and a bottle of urine in the back of the truck. This indicates to me that one (or more than one) person was in the back for an extended time - long enough to need food and to relieve themselves in a plastic water bottle. This was a lottle concerning, as the first thought is the truck was used for human trafficking.
