There was pizza boxes, strong cigarette smell, and a bottle of urine in the back of the truck. This indicates to me that one (or more than one) person was in the back for an extended time - long enough to need food and to relieve themselves in a plastic water bottle. This was a lottle concerning, as the first thought is the truck was used for human trafficking.

Walt bI reserved the truck to pick up Thursday night at 11:30pm. I received a call from U-Haul and they were confirming the pickup was for 11:30. I went to pick up the truck at 11:30pm on Thursday night and there was no reservation submitted by them to do a mobile pick up of the truck. My app was showing the reservation was valid for 11:30pm. So I stayed up later and wasted my time driving to the store at 11:30 pm. Only to have to wait to pick up 9:00am this morning. After all of that, I still paid the same amount as I was quoted for the night before pick up. I would love to be compensated with a refund of some sort to my account. Very unhappy with uhauls service.
