Not necessarily this location's fault but we found out the truck had no break lights. Also, the truck was not clean from debris in the back when we went to pick it up, but the owner remedied this for us immediately. The process of renting from here was easy. The location is not in the best part of town, but we were ok. We ended up renting from here vs the location on New Circle Rd. because they called us two days before we moved to tell us they do not have the truck we rented available. This did not set well with us. Why not get one for us and especially if another location in town had one? We did not find this to be good customer service. It worked out and no issues thankfully.

Casandra CFirst off, the app would not let me submit the required photos for pickup. Second there was a lock on the back of the uhaul, only our uhaul. It took us forever on the phone with support to get the lock code. Finally we booked a one way uhaul but it was listed as an in town trip. I probably spent 3 of the 12 hours i had the uhaul on the phone with support.
