First off, the app would not let me submit the required photos for pickup. Second there was a lock on the back of the uhaul, only our uhaul. It took us forever on the phone with support to get the lock code. Finally we booked a one way uhaul but it was listed as an in town trip. I probably spent 3 of the 12 hours i had the uhaul on the phone with support.
