The process was not as smooth as it normally is.
CHRISTOPHER SWe wanted to complete the process in person and choose this location based on Uhaul recommendations. The location wasnt actually open. A guy met us out front of the store to get the truck keys from a locked box but no one was there when we returned it.
Dave SI was stuck outside for almost 2hrs trying to get the key from the lockbox with the password provided and it never worked. After over an hour a man came over and said the password was right bit they put the wrong lock on the box. If the man didn't see me hysterical i would have been abandoned in the middle of nowhere
Nicole MThe location said they were open and when we arrived they were not. There was no definitive location for parking. Vehicles were parked all over and in a messy manner. Will not be back.
