the original location did not have a truck for me and then he told me i had to go across town to pick up the truck. then when i got to the other location he sent me too, they said to me they don't have me in their system to pick anything up. they then accommodated me with giving me a truck with 135,000 miles, multiple dents and front bumper looked as if it was in accident. i got into truck and it had only 3/4 of a tank of gas and i made record of that with a photo because the person at the pick just gave me the keys and told me this was only truck and have a safe journey. they did not give me any paperwork to indicate there was damage or low fuel before i left the lot. also, i was running an hour behind schedule due to the fact that the first company never let me know they changed my pickup location.
