I was sent to this location by an other that gave away my reserved trailer - I reserved it weeks ago. The gentleman at Ashley Wheel and Breaks was so courteous and professional as opposed to the customer service ethic that allowed the other place to give away my reserved trailer. He was patient and helpful and went out of his way to make it a positive experience. Thank you to Ashley Wheel and Breaks for making a negative, completely inconvenient situation with the New Circle Road location, better.

We used key drop off box. The part off town for drop off location was unsafe. There were homeless people and people that was altered on the corners of the street. I am very glad we did the drop off during the day and not at night.
