Had a problem with connector not matching, but ended up buying a connector/adapter at Tractor supply but other than that a good overall experience

Tara AMake sure Trailer has all connections, inside of trailer doesn’t have a smell to it. Waited over an hour to be able to take the trailer.
Juliette MThe facility I made the reservation with did not have the vehicle on site, they sent me to another location. The woman at the original location had no people/ communication skills. When I arrived to the second location, they did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate with them.
