It's very inconvenient to be forced to wait vs being organized, the cashier is serving customers and trying to help with the uhaul business. I had to wait vs being directly dealt with for the uhaul business

GARET WThe process was very lengthy and there was some technical issues on their website. I waited for a hour and 45 minutes online for a live representative and the online representative kept closing out our sessions. This was a very bad experience. There is still a need to have someone at locations to speak with in person to avoid these long delays.
Quantella PCustomer service training could be helpful I asked for a receipt and he said it would be emailed to me while he was walking away with the keys to the truck.
