My reservation was cancelled. It was originally for 8:00 in the morning then I was sent to another location and my reservation was at least 45 late. I was shuffled from representative to representative and just got the same answer, "I'm not the manager for the area".

Michael BI selected a 20' truck. But when I picked the website choose a 26' for me. I changed but I still paid more. Now I have a double charge in my card
Geiner FIt would have been nice to have fuel level at full. It was at 1/4 leaving me to fill it for a 1.5 hour drive. Other than that, great experience!
