Was supposed to drop off on 5/9 and they were closed. They are part of a religious cult that doesn’t follow the traditional calendar and they close during certain moon phases (which no one understands). They left us stranded with the trailer during our designated drop off and I had to call the U-Haul territory manager to extend our reservation. I also called multiple times and left voicemails and no one returned my call. Would never recommend
