I think overall it was poor experience. One issue is they kept answering the phone and not taking care of me. No one walked around the equipment and it was like here's the key go take pictures if there are issues with the truck.Robert W.
The truck was dirty. I did not receive the moving blankets I paid for. The keys were not where I was told. There was no where to return the truck when I got. There - at least not in front which is where I was told I needed to return it. I was told by customer service at first that I had to return it the next day but was then called and told of an overflow area that the site used. I then had to return back there in the rain to return it. And at this point, I have had to pay for the extra miles I had to drive and the moving blankets that I did not receive! Trailer lights or signals on car tow not working when checked by us we told Uhaul attendant. When asked about light and turn signsl not working attendant said to signal turns with our arms. No beeper on back of truck. No explanation or directions verbally given on equipment truck or trailer. They just handed us the keys.Deborah M.

Trailer was covered in mud, I stopped at the carwash and cleaned it so nothing would fly off causing me to get a ticket. Ratchets were very hard to use, they needed lubrication. Ramps were so caked with mud I had to work the out. I can't necessarily say it's the rental places problem as I don't know who is responsible for cleanliness/service of the trailers. Long story short I felt I had to complete maintenance on the trailer just to use it.Donald H.

I was scheduled to return trailer on a Saturday and they knew that, but they are closed on Saturday's with no alternative for drop off. Waited on 800 for 15 mins, then was dumped back in the hold que for another 15 mins. Was eventually told to just find another location and take it there. Trailer had lights out and exterior decals were all faded and cracked.Thomas S.

Clean the place up to start off with. The trailer was located in a mud puddle! I hooked it up myself took my own pics and did the work. The lady at the desk was more worried about calling her internet provider. The place seems shady and the office in the back of some run down shop! What a dump haul....Chuck H.

My vehicle was not reserved despite my having a reservation. Fortunately there was a truck available. Also, the employee was constantly answering the phone for the main business while trying to get my reservation sorted out. Check in/pick up took much longer than expected.Charlotte K.
There has to be away to notify UHaul the product has been returned. I realize this was an off hour drop at 5:30pm. I also rented a 26ft truck the next day. The customer service rep questioned why I didn't return the trailer the previous day. I said I did a girl opened up the gate and told me where to put the trailer.John M.
