Owner was very helpful and got us the vehicle we needed on short notice.
David OThe owner of this location did not reserve the 10 footer I needed for my move, so I had to use the only truck he had available, a 26 footer which was too cumbersome to park in my apartment’s parking lot, make my move more work than it needed to be. He also didn’t have the dolly I needed to move my heavier boxes, lending me the only thing he had, a fridge dolly that didn’t have the leverage necessary to lift and carry any of my boxes, meaning it was useless to me. So for my entire move I was left lugging incredibly heavy boxes half a block away because the old goober running the store couldn’t be bothered to reserve the 10 footer he had after I had made the reservation. Even worse, he told me he had rented it out to a family just the day before who were moving their things to Tennessee, so it angers me that he just decided to ignore my reservation. I will not be going there ever again, and I will caution others to do the same.
