It was confusing where the desk for U Haul was located. It's operated out of a convenient store so it was difficult to figure out where to ask for help. But the rep. approached us.

Adam AWe left the vehicle with same amount of gas as was in the truck. Then was charged a $46 . Incorrect gas fee. Not sure how that happened
