SHAINE PI set up my rental online for the city closest to me in Excelsior Springs. 24 hours later I received an email stating that I need to pick up in the next town Liberty 24 miles away! I was charged mileage too and from Liberty 48 miles total. I would have liked to have known when I set up the rental online that the vehicle was not available in Excelsior Springs and that I would be required to travel to Liberty. U-haul did only charge me a weekly rate instead of weekend rate but since I was not notified during the online set up I should not have been charged for the extra mileage to and from Liberty to Excelsior Springs!!
