The only improvement I’d like to see is that the truck that I’m about to rent has atleast 1/2 tank of gas. The one I had only had 1/4 and I usually like to be able to drive around first and worry about gas later on. Other than that, simple, fast and easy.

Terrible experience. The app and website were broken for truck pickup. Uhaul was expired registration. Only saving grace was the lady who helped me over the phone. Took almost an hour to get in touch with her. But she was the only good experience for this whole ordeal.
Jake CEasy to use, leave yourself time on the front end. I felt like I had a truck that had been used in the rain and there was dirt from that on the floor of the truck. Other than that I was happy with the experience.
