Terrible experience. The app and website were broken for truck pickup. Uhaul was expired registration. Only saving grace was the lady who helped me over the phone. Took almost an hour to get in touch with her. But she was the only good experience for this whole ordeal.

Easy to use, leave yourself time on the front end. I felt like I had a truck that had been used in the rain and there was dirt from that on the floor of the truck. Other than that I was happy with the experience.

Shari PI booked at another location because I read the reviews on this one were so bad. At the last minute they called and moved me to this one. They did not explain over the phone that it was an unmanned location and I was not prepared with the app and all the info I needed. It was raining with no cover and I was on the phone for an hour until someone from corporate helped me get through the process. There is no local customer service number. Also the truck was completely empty of gas, we returned it with fuel and I was still charged a fuel fee of 115 dollars which I tried to cancel off my bill but i couldn't figure it out. Terrible experience truly, they should lose the franchise.
