I booked at another location because I read the reviews on this one were so bad. At the last minute they called and moved me to this one. They did not explain over the phone that it was an unmanned location and I was not prepared with the app and all the info I needed. It was raining with no cover and I was on the phone for an hour until someone from corporate helped me get through the process. There is no local customer service number. Also the truck was completely empty of gas, we returned it with fuel and I was still charged a fuel fee of 115 dollars which I tried to cancel off my bill but i couldn't figure it out. Terrible experience truly, they should lose the franchise.
Heather RThe location was fine for picking up the truck, but the lack of costumer parking on-site was a disappointment. We also suggest double-check the condition of the back end. There were pieces of debris left by the previous renter that we cleaned out when we returned our rental. Lastly, making a reservation was easy, but we ended up spending over an hour confirming our what our vehicle was (and who we were) after we arrived. The 10' truck we originally reserved was unavailable, because (we were told) we missed our pick-up time of 6:30 AM. The problem was, our reservation was confirmed for an 8:30 AM pick-up. The error was U-Haul's, not ours. Then, we were told we could use a 15' truck, but for $10 more. Why would we have to pay more for a truck that we didn't reserve because the 10' truck we did reserve was unavailable due-to U-Haul's error? Bottom line, the rental process now puts all of the responsibility on the renter to perform multiple tasks for U-Haul that U-Haul used to have employees perform on-site and in-person. Nice deal for U-Haul, not so much for the renter.

Christine HThe worst experience!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Truck poorly maintained. Had pick truck up in a dirt lot in the dark no light. Started to rain dirt turns to mud!! Not safe I would never send my wife or daughter there to pick up the truck especially in the dark no light. extremely.unsafe trucks parked next to each other could me a very dangerous situation if someone wanted to rob you.
