This was my second time renting from this location, and unfortunately I had problems both times. During my first rental, the vehicle was not properly prepared for pickup. All of the tires were low on air, and the gas tank was nearly empty. For this rental, I reserved a cargo van well in advance and planned to use the mobile check-in option. When I attempted to check in, I was unable to complete the process and had to call customer service. I was then informed that there were no cargo vans available for mobile pickup, despite having a confirmed reservation. Because it was a Sunday, there were no employees at the rental lot to assist in person, leaving customer service as my only option. In the end, I had no choice but to accept a box truck instead of the cargo van I reserved. The lack of on-site customer service and the failure to honor vehicle reservations made the rental process frustrating and inconvenient. Suggestion: Improve communication when reserved vehicles become unavailable, ensure customers receive the vehicle they reserved whenever possible, prepare vehicles properly before pickup, and have staff available or provide better support for customers using mobile check-in, especially when the rental lot is unattended.

You charged me 7 gallons of gas and we only drove the vehicle 7 miles. The location wasnt very easily accessible.
James KCheck in process was not working and the local number for support was useless . Messaged question booking a day earlier and there was no reply. Check in took almost 2 hours.. back of van was full of dirt and cab full of sand. At check out I marked clean for next family as that is how it was left for me. I’ve rented from uhaul several times in multiple states and have used online checkin before but this was terrible.
Darren CI’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for almost a week, no answer at the number provided on the invoice, no return call, I call the customer number, get promised a call back, and nothing. I’ve disputed the charges, and get charged more? I’m not sure how this happens when I rented the Uhaul it was filthy I have the time stamped photos proving it was dirty prior to me renting. I really need some assistance with the price I’ve been charged for this rental.
TEAGAN WThe app doesn't work, the equipment was dirty, the gas was empty and since the app didn't check the truck in, I got charged for an additional day I didn't use.
