It was raining hard when I was trying to figure out the lockbox code. It wouldn't open at first so I was glad there was a tutorial on the app. It would be great if it had a cover. also, there was trash overflowing everywhere. Seems an extra trash bin would be needed. Also, I didn't receive the dolly I paid for. On the upside, when I called customer service they were extremely helpful and understanding. I was given more than I was charged and I was completely satisfied with the refund. Thank you

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt is beyond frustrating to have to rent from this location and continue to experience terrible service. It's so upsetting and frustrating. I understand that it is a "self-service" rental but the people that seem to rent before me can't seem to ever fill the gas, or clean it. It's aggravating that this is the only location on island
TEAGAN WThe window knobs and crank need to be replaced. The inside of the windshield was so dirty that I couldn’t see the road when oncoming headlights hit my windshield. Extremely not safe. The drive was very stressful
