I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent rental experience. Approximately one month ago, I secured a reservation for a 20-foot truck. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my reservation was not retrievable within your system. Consequently, I was provided with a 26-foot truck. While I acknowledge and appreciate the price adjustment for the larger vehicle, the fuel consumption significantly exceeded my projections. Overall, the experience was exceptionally unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the demeanor of your representative became confrontational when I expressed my frustration, culminating in a threat to cancel the service. This interaction was deeply unprofessional and compounded my negative experience. I am relieved to no longer be a resident of Nebraska, as this incident reflects a pattern of substandard customer service despite 26 years of patronage, where I was treated with disrespect due to your company's error.

Chad LThe inside of the enclosed trailer was filthy and had to be hosed out before we could even use it. The trailer leaked water when we tow it in the rain. You rent and enclosed trailer specifically to keep your items out of the elements so when a trailer leaks, it’s not so good.
