I needed a receipt and it could only be emailed to me. I had to turn it into the church for reimbursement but can’t get it to print off. The pad lock was very difficult to open and customer service wasn’t good. I’ve never had this experience before when we rented at other locations. If this is the way it is now then I may rent through a different company next time.

We reserved a 20 foot truck online and Uhaul contacted us to say they would not have one available but would give us a 26 foot for the same price which I thought was wonderful. The pick up location was interesting to say the least. We waited longer than expected to get the truck and the clerk did not walk through and check the vehicle with us. He was very difficult to work with but I would like to state he apologized for his behavior when we returned the truck. Overall our experience was made wonderful by the Uhual Customer Service team over the phone.

This guy was rude and cussed a lot. Gave me a lot of grief for being a few hours late due to the issues I had picking up the truck. Plus the broken language did not help. I dropped the trailer off in the morning so it was on time but I had to go unload the truck and had the truck back two hours later. Me and my woman are very unhappy with this experience. I asked where to park the truck and I thought he was going to loose his mind as he jumped in it and said don't worry about it.

Prepare for multiple charges everyday you have the truck and anything you check out plus charges for things you didn't check out look over your emailed receipt carefully it's the only one you get and getting a hold of uhaul is a 15 to 20 minute wait every call though the representative I dealt with was very helpful and easy to talk to and helped out quickly. We have used uhaul over several years of moving across the state and the country and have had better experiences the customer service at the pick up location was lacking greatly but tried to be somewhat helpful still hope for some resolve in the whole situation.

I think the cost was TOO MUCH!!!!! The advertisement for $19.95 written in BIG LETTERS was very misleading. I did know there were taxes and fees; however, I had NO IDEA it would raise the cost to OVER $60!!!!!

Hi the trailer i rented had michian tags on it the only lights working were turn signals no running lights. I needed a trailer to move boxes and furniture die to rain. All items boxes and matrasses and materals placed on floor were wet as the trailer leaked . i wanted you to be aware of this. We did get unload however it took extra long as we had to unload boxes that got wet int other units to carry in. Will call you

This U-Haul location was perfect. The location I selected was open until 9 pm. I was able to pick up a piece of furniture after work and deliver it to my home, and return the trailer before they closed . The gentleman that handled my transaction was friendly and helpful. Great experience !
