I dropped off the trailer approximately 30 minutes to an hour before scheduled drop off time. Employee barely speaked any English and drop off was not entered into their system at the time I returned the trailer. Nearly 2 hours and 40 minutes later, I received an email confirming the drop-off, along with a receipt showing that I had been charged for two days instead of one. The extra charge appears to have resulted entirely from the employee entering the return nearly three hours after I had actually dropped off the trailer. Now I have to waste additional time calling the corporate office to get a charge corrected that should never have occurred in the first place. I also tried contacting the local location directly, but nobody answers the phone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wanted the bigger truck, at the time I didn’t know why it would not let me rent it. The day before I get a text to pickup at a different location further from my house! When I called I found out they wouldn’t rent me the bigger truck one way, even on Long Island, so they offered to cancel my reservation?? Couldn’t do that but I failed to read that the 10’ truck had no ramp, which is stupid! We could not move a refrigerator, that was a priority. Now I’ll need to rent another truck but it will NOT be from uhaul! $19.99 is NOT what you charge!!

sherrye mAttendant needs to be trained on how to use the system. Had to call another location to walk him through how to issue a contract and equipment. Also I had to hook up my own trailer, not a huge deal, but not what Im used to from past experiences.
