Location and staff were great and over the top helpful. Owner even lent his plug to use with the trailer for the lights.

CHRISTOPHER PIt was an easy process and went smoothly.
Michelle BUnfortunately, as the computer system was not working it took 20-25 minutes to check out the truck. The staff were fine; not their fault the system was down. However, we then had to go to another location to pick up the vehicle. As there were vehicles parked where we checked in/signed the paperwork, it would make sense for expected rentals to be moved to the same location rather than have to make another trip. Vehicle itself worked fine.
