My only issue was that I had reserved the truck and Add-on equipment, and when I picked up the truck, the 2 furniture dolleys I reserved weren't available. The didn't even have any at that location. So it made our move alot more difficult. If there was an up to date inventory of all Add-on equipment for locations, that would make things better. It WAS a big inconvenience. Those were removed from the invoice (so I wasn't charged), but it was still not great.
Kirk CPicking up my car dolly from this location was good however it was at an additional cost to me and extra travel as the original booking was messed up by another location where the representative could hardly speak English and rented us a damaged truck and didn’t add or have a dolly there. Then they only booked a 5 day rental when 7 days was needed and we were told that we would have to pay for the clients that got delayed due to uhauls errors! The truck we were given leaked from the roof and ruined our mattress and now we are waiting to see if they will replace it through their insurance.
WILLIAM VWe have used this location before as a drop off point with no issues. However, this time, the UHaul app glitched while I tried to pick the truck up and a site manager processed the pick up for me. However, this was poorly done as he charged me the $16 insurance fee that I had declined on my end and I even told him that that happened and then he said he would ensure the charge would be removed. It hasn't been removed as of yet.
Laura MI returned my truck a day early Saturday but my receipt said Sunday. Also unrelated my rental was almost twice the price as last time and I had a smaller truck ?
