The trucks horn did not work, however the owner TJ did everything to ensure we received a truck from another location close by. We were very pleased with the extra effort made on our behalf.

This is the second or third time I've arrived at this location with a reservation where no staff or attendant is on site. They are often late, which makes me late.
steven gUnable to drop off trailer because clerk was away doing a "store errand". "If you would like to wait 20 minutes she should be back. Complete the return on line." Unfortunately we just concluded a 22 hour trip and our internet not available. We called ahead to confirm drop off.
STEVEN MI could not see out the side windows and the mirrors. I had to stop to clean them
WAYNE DReceived vehicle dirty inside and out. Cargo area was dirty and construction screws all over in the back.
