The guy suggested/guessed my end time, I went a long w it. And was 20 min late and then billed for a second day. And the guy that closed my account told me (only when I asked), if I put my return time for later, I wouldn't have been double charged. They know what they are doing. No good business would not explain this. F this location.
Ryan PMy main complaint for this location is a lack of parking for renter's vehicles. I was able to find a space, but it was in the area of the gas pumps and would definitely interfere with larger vehicles trying to access that gas pump location. I was concerned for the safety of my vehicle as well as others that would need access to that pump. The only other issue was that the attendant had to move between 2 locations, so there was a short wait for him to return. When he returned, the service was very quick and efficient. The attendant provided great customer service.
