The truck was not clean when I received it, but they didn't charge me for the cleaning. They should inspect the vehicles when the customers return them.

Was wrongly charged for fuel , the print out provided had half tank but movement I went to pick up the truck which was couple km away from the location, and I was planning to pick the truck up after work hours and the link for taking pictures was already expired for some reason. I did provided the proof of the initial gas but still got charged as the contract was closed from their end. Was told they will do something about it but no reply, van was good but this kind of thing makes you feel cheated.
