Staff were amazingly helpful. To improve would be to change operating hours
ROBERT SWhen I got to my destination and opened the box I discovered it was filthy with a dirty skid with concrete all over the place. I had to drive back to unload the skid..Noone helped me nor offered to clean the box..one of the workers asked what was I doing and when I told them I was unloading a skid that was left in it they didn't offer to help nor clean/sweep the box...I didn't have anything to clean it myself so I had to take it as is as I was under time restraints...no discounts for the extra gas and mileage this created either for me. The grit also damage some of the items I was moving.
JEANIE HI had booked the pickup of a trailer in Concord and drop off in Fenelon falls, but when it came to real, I had to pick it up in Aurora and drop in Lindsay. I was very frustrated.
MIKHAIL KVan's cargo area was dirty when I got it and then they charged me a cleaning fee when I returned it
