Went to pickup my reserved truck and the place was closed when they were supposed to be open and no one was answering the phone...... really sucks when you make a reservation so you can move and the place is unreliable. What a waist of time.
Corey B.Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Easy to deal with. Tie-down straps on dolly had been knotted and then froze in 15deg weather. Very hard to loosen. Maybe thaw them and then zip tie them down in freezing weather?
dan B.He was amazing! He came out after hours and helped unhook the trailer, was even patient with me when I was backing up. I had a hard time but he was very willing to talk me through it!
Karla S.Don't call the customer not once but twice while they have the vehicle and let them know that another customer needs it and you want to make sure I'd return it on time and never ever ever call unless it's close to the time I needed to return it or I have called first. Very poor experience!!
