I was surprised, after getting on the road, to see that not enough mileage was given to me to make my stated trip from Hutchinson, to Willmar and on to Minneapolis. I have never had to pay for miles when renting a U Haul. I had to go to Hutchinson because there were no 15 ft. Trucks in Willmar. I had to call locations around Willmar after getting a reservation for a truck in Sauk Center, a ridiculous location to rent from. I request a review of my situation and ask for a reasonable assessment of miles for my rental.
