Ace hardware is the best. U-Haul corporate seems to be having issues with their online reservation software. It indicated a trailer was not available at Ace when in fact it was. Luckily for me Ace employees completed the reservation for me quickly and accurately.

Donna DWe were not informed that the truck we rented was going to leak water all over our belongings inside the closed storage area. Many boxes and several places of art were damaged. We were not informed that the drop off time was 24 hours after pick up which made things complicated upon drop off at the Crystal location. We would have made different plans around medical treatments.
Sonya ADon't listen to customer service when they tell you they will extend your rental by and hour or two so you can drop off on time. Just keep the trailer they are going to charge you anyways.
