U-Haul is not the main business at the location, and a dedicated U-Haul business would offer a more focused service. I fully understand that there is probably not enough of a market in the Little Falls area to support a dedicated U-Haul business. My equipment pickup was clean and efficient, but I would have liked to have gotten more information about New York Thruway tolling for the trailer.

JAMES EThe technology was not intuitive to work with when trying to drop off the truck. The website kept freezing and we had to start the process all over again twice. This made drop off very inconvenient and time consuming. The app and site need serious work.
