JAMES EThe technology was not intuitive to work with when trying to drop off the truck. The website kept freezing and we had to start the process all over again twice. This made drop off very inconvenient and time consuming. The app and site need serious work.
BRYAN THonestly the uhaul cabin itself was clean. The uhaul driving experience was a little scary. The alignment or whatever is way off. All over the road, the drive itself was just not the typical uhaul rides given the typical truck it isn’t the best anywho but this one had got to be the worst. I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile pick up!! I did everything online and still had to wait because no one was there.
