The guy there was rude and refused to sell us the truck over and over, eventually only giving us the keys to an entire moving van instead of a pickup truck like we ordered and then locking the door behind us.
Dozzy CAlthough I rented the UHaul for about 5 hrs I was charged for 2 periods / days simply because my return time period was put as 3 hrs by mistake. For a 5 hr uhaul I ended up paying for 2 days. That was not fair from a customer service perspective. I will not be renting uhaul going forward if this process is carried out.
DARELL MThey were late opening the store due to weather and it took a bit for the system to start up but super friendly people and the truck was ready to go.
