Still Charged for the insurance when i clearly stated i did not want it.

Jesse SThe guy there was rude and refused to sell us the truck over and over, eventually only giving us the keys to an entire moving van instead of a pickup truck like we ordered and then locking the door behind us.
Dozzy CAlthough I rented the UHaul for about 5 hrs I was charged for 2 periods / days simply because my return time period was put as 3 hrs by mistake. For a 5 hr uhaul I ended up paying for 2 days. That was not fair from a customer service perspective. I will not be renting uhaul going forward if this process is carried out.
