Don't have the default time for a rental be four hours in your app. The app makes getting a truck very convenient, but I wasn't aware I was only renting it for four hours. Since I had it for roughly eight hours, I was charged much more than I had intended to pay. It's a learning experience, but perhaps having a prompt that asks the user how long they intend to have the vehicle would be a good way to avoid this in the future.
